Lyft asked our team to design a true self-service platform to help organizations use Lyft Business products. To us, this meant clearly communicating who Lyft Business was for, how it could help users, what the unique products were, and how users could get started.

Lyft Business aimed to reach corporate holiday party planners to help get employees to and from the event with an affordable, reliable ride. In collaboration with Lyft Business’ internal team, we conceptualized and developed a multi-deliverable campaign; including a landing page, nurture emails, social videos, and a blog with tips for planners.

Having laid the foundation for convenient healthcare transportation, Lyft tasked us with raising awareness among healthcare organizations with a set of hi-fidelity branded digital assets. Centering Lyft in the transportation conversation as the “Quickest route to healthy,” we delivered a people-first campaign, applying Lyft’s signature illustrated branding elements and messaging around the core reasons patients and providers choose Lyft.
