Among the skyscrapers and the wooden-veneer mid-rises, Round Hill Pacific stands as a testament to history. When they approached Owen Jones with the goal of creating a new website from scratch, we saw an opportunity to showcase what the competition couldn’t offer: vintage floorboards, vaulted ceilings, cultural roots, and an unabashed love of all things four-legged and furry.

View WebsiteFrom wireframes to a fully-customized CMS, Owen Jones built the Round Hill Pacific website from the ground up. Implementing a property “favorites” functionality that works without login allowed users to mark buildings of interest for later viewing. The application process was streamlined by pulling real-time apartment availability onto the site, allowing users to see actual units and submit electronically.
