Since our first branded interior design project with Prometheus Real Estate group, we’ve had the great luxury of a client who wants to do something genuinely different. Any environmental or interior design project has the same basic goal: to be ultra-functional while surprising and delighting the audience. Hence, when it was time to design the model unit for 60+ of their apartment buildings, we knew we had the opportunity to do something special.

In this case, it took over 400 hand-curated individual items in a one-bedroom apartment. Some were exceptionally hard to source (the perfect vintage liquor bottles for the bar). Some were custom made (the steel and aluminum wall-mounted firewood holders). Some were just crazy (filling the washing machine with fake dirt and mini-dump trucks). But they all worked to create a bespoke model apartment experience that’s virtually impossible for competitors to copy.
