You could be a walking talking highlight reel. Average a triple-double. You could have a ring for every finger. You could be automatic from above the arc and surgical in the paint. You could be the single most dominant player to ever put on a jersey. Your face could grace a million cereal boxes.
But you still can’t get here alone. Yes, everybody brings something. But nobody brings everything.

THE KALEIDOSCOPIC EXPERIENCE
Bill Rauch, the artistic director for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival often describes the festival experience as “kaleidoscopic.” Owen Jones & Partners LTD (Portland, Oregon) used that description to develop the concept for the festival’s poster images. The images are the result of an intense, collaborative “product marketing” development project with lead times so long that the images have to be developed immediately after casting is done—while the adaptation is still just an idea in the director’s head. In other words, the product is far from done, which sometimes means that the process of creating the marketing can actually influence the production of the plays.
